Månedens Medarbeider på Quality Hotel i Narvik ble denne gangen Simon som er lærling i resepsjonen. Han har ved flere anledninger ytt god service samt at han er et utmerket «JA» menneske som bidrar med mye godt humør. Hotellet mottok også en fin mail fra noen gjester fra Florida som var meget fornøyd med denne unge lovende resepsjonisten.

Dear Mr. or Mrs. Manager,
We arrived in Narvik on 12 February aboard the night train from Sundsvall, Sweden. Our intention was to take the airport bus to Evenes from Narvik and then another bus from Evenes to Harstad. Since the bus stopped at the Grand Hotel, we stopped in your lobby to verify our plans.
We were greeted by your young clerk, Simon. His service was exemplary and he deserves special recognition. He not only directed us toward a direct bus to Harstad, but provided us with a cup of coffee while we waited for the bus in the hotel lobby. This was exceptional since we were not even registered-guests of the Grand Hotel.
We have stayed in Quality Hotels in the United States. The hotel experience is largely based on customer service. Simon provided outstanding service above-and-beyond his responsibility. He is an asset to your staff.
